The TorqTaper Plus, a Browning tapered bore system, is a patented design that allows ease of installation and removal. The TorqTaper plus bushing can be installed on either the inboard or outboard side of size 107 through 315 reducers.
- Sizes: 107SC through 407SC
- Ratings: ¼ through 150 HP
- Ratios: 5, 9, 15, 25 and 35:1
- Standard CEMA drive shaft diameters: 1 ½” to 3 7/16”
- Provide total inventory flexibility, as they are designed to accommodate the assembly of stock components
- A distributor or OEM can assemble a drive package to accommodate a wide range of screw conveyor specifications. This is done by adding a stock screw conveyor adapter and drive shaft to an SMTP shaft mount reducer.
- The component design sizes are AGMA 107 through 407. The conveyors are available in all SMTP standard ratios and are rated through 150 HP.
- Optional seal kits, trough ends, and CEMA drive shafts are also readily available in 1 ½ inch through 3 7/16 inch series
