Recognizing the need for a centrally located crusher service center in the Western United States, Kimball Equipment Company has accumulated the tools and capabilities to repair Terex Cedarapids(R), El-Jay(R) and other crushers. Our availability of new and rebuilt components are supported by skilled field service personnel stationed at strategic locations, which enables the fast-track turn around of critical repair jobs. We are able to provide major components and assemblies from our inventory on an exchange or rental basis to return crushers to operation with minimum downtime and repair costs.

• Two vertical boring mills with 8' tables
  
• One vertical turret mill or lathe with a 50'' table
  
• One horizontal boring mill with 24' of horizontal travel
  
• 24'' lathe with 3'' hollow spindle and a 12' bed
  
• 16'' lathe with a 2-1/4'' hollow spindle and 80'' bed
• Small engine lathe
  
• Shaper with 2' stroke
  
• Three vertical knee mills with 42'' and 48'' tables
  
• One radial drill with a 7' arm

WELDING CAPABILITIES

• Bortec Welder: 4'' to 24'', bore or circumference
  
• Bortec Welder: 20'' to 90'', bore or circumference
  
• Sub-Arc Welder: weld up to 80'' diameter or inside bore
  
• Sonic Stress-Reliever to relieve stress in welded pieces
